The events team at Ally Pally have told City and Country Farmers Markets that they're proposing to hold their street food events twice a month. This means that they want the market at Alexandra Palace to stick to fresh produce only and have limited the number of stalls selling hot food.  The new rules came in earlier this week and there's a piece about the changes in the Ham & High.

Alexandra Palace in u-turn over farmers’ market changes
Customers and traders are celebrating after Alexandra Palace have done a u-turn on the number of hot food stalls at the weekly farmers’ market.

  • Yes, this is why people like me can't get a space at the market at the moment. It's very frustrating since I started my food stall so I could trade here.
