Eternally grateful to our brilliant electrician, who saved us from having a very cold holiday. We woke up on December 27th to find that the electrical supply to the boiler had failed, which meant no heating or hot water. I emailed Kiernan on the off-chance that he could come and help us and he managed to sort the problem out later that day. Huge thanks to Kiernan for bailing us out in that tricky period between Christmas and New Year when most people are on holiday.
