Scheduled maintenance this morning

Sorry about lack of warning that this would be happening - I did not see the advance notification about it. I have asked that in future a more informative message (giving an idea of when they expect the site to be accessible again) should be displayed than 'go and have a cup of coffee', which was still there at midmorning after the site had been inaccessible for 3 hours! Not so much a problem for those in the US, I guess, since it all happened there in the early hours of the morning ...
