Xantone Blacq – The Days of Dreams

Launching Love Wood Green, Xantone Blacq will perform music from his forthcoming third album ‘The Days of Dreams’ releasing later this year, alongside classic songs he has become well-known for.  Having collaborated with, given voice to, played keyboard and percussion for some amazing artists in the music industry from Amy Winehouse, Laura Mvula, Nigel Kennedy, Mark Ronson to Jessie J and Candi Staton,

Xantone is a modern day musical Cyborg fusing the soulfulness and vocal style of Stevie Wonder, with Herbie Hancock’s funky keyboard playing and Quincy Jones’ mind for musical arrangement.  Wood Green is truly blessed to have Xantone Blacq and his band launch our festival in his own inimitable way.

Tickets £8 earlybird online / £10 OTD / Booking advised
