This is the old William Hill building. They did a big refurb there recently, and on the planning application said it was purely office accommodation. However, they have added an outside bar area on the roof (currently with extremely noisy air-conditioning, which several of us have officially complained about, but Haringey Council keeps 'losing' the complaints). They say the bar will only be for people working in the building, not open to the public, but will be available for members of the public to hire. It overlooks the whole of Cumberland Road, Ringslade Road, Warberry Road and probably some of Wolseley Road, and would be very noisy and intrusive. Please protest against their application for an alcohol licence before 12 April 2021. There is a very complicated online form you have to download, print, fill in, scan and send, but a notice on the door of Greenside House, 50 Station Road, N22 7DE says we can write a letter to Licensing, River Park House, Level 1, 225 High Road, N22 8HQ or email licensing@haringey.gov.uk. Thank you!

It would indeed be intrusive - I realise this building was the old Council offices, and is 5 stories high ( or six?). I have written to them.
