At present we have one mobile testing unit (MTU) operating at Alexandra Palace, Hornsey Gate, Alexandra Palace Way, N22 7AY.
Please note, you will need to book an appointment in advance, you will not be able to get a test by turning up. To arrange a test call 119 or visit the testing website here.
The dates for September are:
- Sunday 13th
- Wednesday 16th
- Saturday 19th
- Tuesday 22nd
- Friday 25th
- Monday 28th
Another MTU is operating at Raynham Road Car Park in Enfield where a Covid-19 walk in test centre is operating for the foreseeable future. You will also be required to book an appointment before having the test.

Walk-in testing in Hackney (no booking required)
In addition to the above sites, we are aware that the coronavirus testing site at Bentley Road car park Dalston in Hackney, is now open 7 days a week. If you are unable to book a test at a local site online, you can attend the Bentley Road test site, where walk-up tests are available 8am-8pm. The site is not limited to Hackney residents. Please remember that social distancing and other public health measures also remain vitally important, and as of Monday 14th September, new rules will come in to force making it against the law to meet people you do not live with in a group larger than 6 (unless you are meeting as a household or support bubble).
