Crescent Mews development has now been submitted to the Council and has now been published on the planning portal:

Here: Planning App

There seem to be no/little changes from the public meeting and you have until 5th June to make comments. This planning application should be discussed at a planning committee (and if not, I will ask that it is called in for further scrutiny).

Please let me know if you have any questions and I would encourage as many as possible to have a look and let Hal know your thoughts.

Best wishes

Nick

Many of the key objections will be the same as last time, particularly extra pressure on traffic in what is already a congested area as well as more pressure on basic infrastucture & amenities.

I will see if it's possible to do a 'Call In' as it's 2 separate applications which combined amount to 12 new residential units.

Here is the link to the application on the planning portal:

http://www.planningservices.haringey.gov.uk/portal/servlets/ApplicationSearchServlet?PKID=319833

Regards,

Liz

Crescent Mews Planning Application Update (HGY/2017/1961)https://alexandraparkneighbours.org.uk/forum/crescent-mews-planning-application-update-hgy-2017-19612017-08-08T18:17:45.000Z2017-08-08T18:17:45.000ZLiz McShanehttps://alexandraparkneighbours.org.uk/members/LizMcShane

I am pleased to say that I heard from the planning officer this afternoon, who is dealing with this application, to tell me that he has decided to refuse this application.

The key reason for refusing it is that the officers were not satisfied that the information was submitted sufficiently addressed the potential noise and traffic impacts of the proposed change of use.

The decision will be published on the planning portal website tomorrow.

Of course the developer may submit a new planning application but good news for now!
