Getting a response from Haringey Council

Does anyone know how to get a response/make a complaint to Haringey Council?

I have obviously tried the procedures on line but these don't cover my issue and/or get a response.

Grateful for any ideas.

Hi Diana, please do get in touch at alessandra.rossetti@haringey.gov.uk. Councillors name have changed and the Haringey website is still not entirely up to date following the election.

Thanks for responding. I am trying to get a response fron the Council Tax department. I have already contacted a councillor and received no response.

Hi Diana, thanks for posting this query. It would help if you could give some idea of the subject area that your complaint is about? Alternatively, why not contact one of the ward councillors - they should be able to help. Here are their contact details:

This is info on APN in the Useful Local Info column - can be accessed via the big blue button on the left of the homepage.
