Haringey Big Walk and Bike Ride

It was lovely weather for this family-friendly walk and bike ride through 3 parks and quiet streets last weekend.

The group of over 150 people were supporting a call from sustainability groups across Haringey including Friends of the Earth, Haringey Living Streets, Haringey Cycling Campaign , Haringey Clean Air Group and Haringey XR for better active travel infrastructure, to enable more residents to walk and cycle in the borough. The call comes in the lead up to COP26, and was the final activity organised for Haringey’s Big Green Week.
