Haringey Draft Local Plan - consultation autumn 2025

Help us shape the future of Haringey

As part of the process of preparing a New Local Plan for the borough, Haringey Council is now consulting on a Draft Local Plan.

The Draft Local Plan represents the Council’s 15-year spatial vision for new buildings and development in the borough, sets out a borough-wide framework for placemaking and complements the Council’s overall vision for Haringey. It has been substantially shaped by residents, communities and other stakeholders and is informed by a comprehensive evidence base.

We encourage you to respond to this consultation and let us know if you think the policies and proposals in the Draft Local Plan are sound and can most effectively address key issues the borough faces, such as fairness, health and wellbeing and climate change.

The consultation runs from Friday 10 October 2025 until 5pm on Friday 19 December 2025.
