NOTE Pop-up consultation event in Alexandra Park Library on Saturday 27 November, 10am-2pm.
From Haringey's Transport Planning dept:
Since the launch of the consultation on the draft Walking and Cycling Action Plan, almost 200 people have responded through the Commonplace site. Some have left comments on the questionnaires, and others have left their comments on the map. We have also had almost 2,000 visitors to the site as well, and the team had some good conversations with residents at the first pop-up held on Saturday at the Marcus Garvey Library.
This consultation represents a great opportunity for residents in Haringey to have their say on the future of walking and cycling in the Borough. You can leave your thoughts on the Commonplace or visit us at one of the remaining pop-up events we are hosting:
We will also shortly be sharing details of our online events as well. The consultation finishes on 10th January 2022, but there is no time like the present to get your feedback in!
Some online public meetings have now been scheduled about the draft Walking and Cycling Action Plan. Details from the Council:
We will be holding two online public meetings on the draft WCAP. This will be an opportunities to talk residents through the documents and to give you the opportunity to ask the Council any questions you may have.
The online public meetings will be held on:
To register your interest in one of our public meetings, please follow the link on your preferred date above and follow the Eventbrite registration instructions.
We ask that you please read the consultation materials (found here) ahead of the meeting and look forward to meeting you.
