For Haringey's second Weekend of Play, children and families are invited to come to a play event or head to their local park for some free fun from 20 - 22 April 2018.
Remember to check with your child's school - they may be running an event for parents/carers and children to join in on some essential fun and networking.

Local Events:
Alexandra Palace are hosting a treasure hunt/activity trail to explore flowers and bird life in the park at the Boating Lake. Sat 21st from 11am - 4pm.
At Albert Road Rec, tennis, mini-tennis and basketball are free for children, Sat 21st between 10am-5pm.
In Highgate Wood, the New London Performing Arts Centre are having a celebration of contemporary dance and a picnic. Sun 22nd from 3-5pm.
A reminder that Haringey Council refused to allow a play street on Crescent Road (for 2 hours on a Sunday). They might like to say that 'playing out together is good for our communities and definitely good for our children' but their actions suggest they are more concerned with not mildly inconveniencing people driving through our neighbourhood.
Yes, I guess they have a very limited idea of what streets are suitable.
