Thanks Justine.
The Cat - I have named her Malaika (assuming its ashe), it really affectionate and likes being around people. She has taken over our house but we'll still be sorry to see her go but I am sure her owners must be desperate.
I will find a way to take her to the vet down the road.
Cheers
What a lovely cat! Well done for helping the cat.
If you have a secure cat carrier, any vet will scan a cat for free to check if microchipped. If the cat is microchipped, the owner can be contacted. The vet will also be able to confirm whether the cat is male or female, approximate age and check if the cat is neutered.
