Dear neighbours,
The council’s Highways Maintenance Team has begun the annual process of identifying maintenance and improvement works for the 2027/28 Highways Works Programme, and we want Alexandra Park residents involved every step of the way.
Please complete our online survey (link in bio) and share it in your street WhatsApp groups. You can also send suggestions directly to aj.egemonye@haringey.gov.uk and Melanie.gingell@haringey.gov.uk before 2 October 2026.
When sending ideas, please include:
• Road name + specific section
• Type of work needed (resurfacing, footway repairs, drainage, lighting, accessibility etc.)
• A short description of the issue — photos welcome
All submissions will be assessed by the Highways Maintenance Team, who will prioritise based on condition, risk, network needs and available funding.
Please note that if you become aware of an urgent highway issue that presents an immediate safety risk, this should be reported through the Council’s reporting system rather than through this process.
