The coronavirus (COVID-19) is rapidly changing the way we go about our day-to-day lives and can be a challenging time for our residents and communities in Haringey.
Haringey Council’s Public Health team and NHS North Central London Clinical Commissioning Group would like you to complete a short survey and share your experiences on daily life during the pandemic, including your ability to access health and care services.
The information will be used to ensure we are offering the right support and services to residents at the right time over the coming months.
You will have the option to enter your name into a prize draw and have a chance to win one of three £50 high street shopping vouchers.
