Is anyone interested in de-paving their front garden? The idea would be to remove some or all the slabs and adding easy-to-care for plants, maybe even creating a vegetable garden.

I am hoping to find some householders (possibly a group of neighbours on the same street) who would be interested – the plan being to put together a team of volunteers to do the work.

If so, please message me by the end of July 2025 and feel free to mention this to anyone who might be interested.

What a great idea! Unfortunately our garden has solid concrete, not paving stones - though somewhat hidden underneath the overhanging bushes around it. It would be a major job to remove it!
