If local politicians look at this forum please can someone explain to me why Alexandra Palace is allowed to lock roads without any level of consultation with residents. This venue is no longer a couple of times a year disruption,we are routinely disrupted with road closures and anti social behaviour.
This weekend the roads are once again closed ( earlier than their signs) and we could not get in or out. If you live on Bedford road, Dorset cottages, Terrick road you are trapped at the whim of the palace. I just cannot understand why they are allowed to freely close roads without speaking to any of the people who live there. We are not given reductions in council tax to facilitate this? I would like a local councillor to feedback. I have written so many complaints and receive a standard protocol response every time- we care, will consider you in the future etc etc

What awful experiences, Michelle. Have the Safer Neighbourhoods Team for your ward been contacted - i.e. the local police? If not, I think they should be. I think you'll get more effective response from them than from the Palace.
Slight confusion over wards here - I see that St Michael's Terrace is in Bounds Green ward, and the Safer Neighbourhoods Team for that ward is here:

Your two councillors for Bounds Green ward are displayed here, below the Alexandra Park ones:

So it would be good to contact them (one of them will attend SNT meetings anyway, and you can too). Great that AJ is contacting the Palace, though!
That's great news, I'm really glad to hear there is a representative taking it forward for us. We have been completely dismissed by the Palace.
