You may be familiar with the large tree at 27 Duke's Avenue and noticed the ongoing construction as well as the partial damage to the boundary wall. To make the structure is safe there have been two separate applications for the removal of the tree and its replacement with a small manageable one.

Several local residents are concerned at the impact of the tree removal and have contacted us asking how to comment on the application.

These are the details in case you would like to comment.

The two applications submitted are CON/2019 /0378 and CON/2019/0383 and can be viewed here :

Following the link you can find the application and the report from the inspecting officer objecting to the loss of the tree and suggesting that the tree could have 40+ years life expectancy if managed and that the boundary wall could be rebuilt in a semi circular shape.

You can comment on the application by emailing PlanningSupport@Haringey.gov.uk

We don't know when a decision will be taken so if you plan to submit any comment we advise to do it as soon as possible.
