Palace Gates Road. Have tried but cannot keep up with the heavy leaf fall onto narrow path, bins, and all along at front of house adjacent to and on pavement. Comes from tree above (nextdoor), but no one clears it. May I request help from Veolia due to health conditions and disability, which increase my risk to slip & fall? Also need help with putting bins back in place. Can send photos. Thank you kindly.
