I walked past park with black horses running around a while ago and then realised they were filming a Lloyds Bank advert in Avenue Gardens by the Starting Gate.
Just looked at this version of the advert and at about 14 seconds there is a view from the top of one the houses in St Michael's Terrace over the park with some houses visible in Park Avenue.
