We should have a bulkmarket selling unwrapped and refill organic foods like the wonderful https://www.bulkmarket.uk/ , just a few steps away from Hackney Central Overground station, under the railway tracks. It is open Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 to 19:00, Sundays 11:00 to 17:00, Mondays closed.

You can even buy loose spaghetti and frozen fruit and veg in this shop. Most of their produce is organic and comes under 50 miles radius from their shop, certified by the Soil Association. They support the principle of the Circular Economy and Closed Loop.
