Missing waste bin @ Alexandra Park Library

Last week, I reported the missing waste bin at Alexandra Park Library. I have since received confirmation from Veolia that a replacement bin will be delivered this week.

I also raised ongoing concerns about parking at the same location. I have requested clarification from both the Head of Library Services and APCOA regarding the lack of enforcement, and I have formally asked for additional parking permits to support library users.
