No ticket barriers at AP station!

Great news from Haringey Transport Forum! Network Rail say they will remove the ticket barriers and the division down the middle of the footbridge. So there'll be freedom to walk straight across, or down to the platforms via stairs or lift, or into the station foyer.

I asked that the planning website be updated to indicate this, and was promised this will be done. NR blamed LBH for not doing so.

NR say they are waiting for prior approval from LBH. Works are unfortunately not due to begin before Spring 2025, however, because they have got a new contractor.

So your first suggestion was right, Michael. They just aren't very good at keeping people updated.
