Is anyone else bothered by the sudden roaring eruption from motorbikes without silencers? I happened to catch one such boy racer entering his home recently and, armed with photos of house and numberplate, spoke to Community Policeman Caroline Davies. Apparently unless it is a general problem (I think it IS) they will just send the local bobby round to ask nicely about fitting a silencer. Anyone else agree?
