Good morning all, I trust you're keeping warm and well..

It was a pleasure speaking to some residents in Palace Gates, including those involved in the upkeep of the Palace Gates triangle.

One of the issues that came up was the unsightly graffiti on the Palace Gates Triangle notice board. I have now liaised with the council to get this removed. Thanks to Councillors Emily Arkell and Seema Chandwani for their support!

The damage on the notice board caused by a contractor's van has also been brought to the council's attention and I have received assurances that it'll be repaired.

Other local issues which my running mate Melanie and I have brought to councils attention includes but not limited to; lack of lights in OT recreational grounds in the dark winter evenings and the associated antisocial behaviour, bus 184, the broken street lights in Dagmar Road which the U.K Power Network has been made aware of, and the pothole on Albert Road which will be fixed after Christmas!

Have a lovely day.

AJ Egemonye,

Local Resident and council candidate.
