Hello everyone. Like a lot of people my catering business (Deelishus Catering Ltd) based in Alexandra Park Road, has been brought to a standstill by the virus, with all our events cancelled or postponed. I've therefore had to put my thinking cap on and come up with a new idea, which is  ... pick-up-picnics. If you want to meet with friends in the park or invite family for a meet up in your garden, here is the perfect food solution - a gorgeous, healthy, salad based meal with a home-made cake, fruit and a can of water. All in a compostable box. It works equally well as a healthy take-away if you just want a break from cooking. There's a variety of boxes, a sharing box and a kid's box.
