Pet friendly landlord

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone could help me.

We have been told very recently that we have to move because our landlord wants to turn the house we rent from him into 2 flats.

We are panicking as we are finding it so difficult to find a landlord that will rent to people with pets. We have a Jack Russell and two cats and we are responsible owners. Our pets are house trained, well behaved, neutered, micro-chipped, etc. We can get references for them from our current landlord and also our next door neighbours.

We are looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom house or garden flat and we understand we might have to move further away as we have noticed the increase in rents!
