I am a local resident who has taught in Haringey primary schools for many years and was formerly a Deputy Headteacher. In recent years I have been a Senior Lecturer in Early Years & Primary Education at a north London university, where I trained future primary school teachers on postgraduate and undergraduate courses.I am passionate about literacy and can provide one-to-one tuition in reading and/or writing at your home for children aged 5-11. I aim to make my lessons stimulating and enjoyable for children, and use creative teaching and learning strategies for developing excellent reading and writing skills.
