Many residents on Dagmar Road have complained about the replacement of the fence maintained by Network Rail. The wooden fence is being replaced by a wire-like structure. This is reported to have had adverse effects with regard to noise and privacy. Cllr Liz McShane and I have written to Network Rail to request that they meet with local residents to discuss alternatives. We will keep you updated.
