Small parcel of land for sale?

Hi, I'm looking to build a small eco (passive) house. The house would be approx 60sqm, so quite small. Looking for a home owner with either a very large garden, ideally with side access, or a garage you no longer use? Presumably you need sunlight as well for solar panels, so Dave's Yard (assuming you had the money) would not be suitable?

There's a lot of debate in the area at the moment about the impact of in-filling in people's back gardens. It happened next door to me and what has gone in the plot is completely out of character. The council said no to two storey so they went into the ground which was hugely invasive and disruptive on the surrounding space. There's a big planning application happening on Tetherdown which is meeting with a lot of resistance. We need our gardens and I would really be concerned about this practice becoming commonplace particularly in a conservation area. An old industrial site would be better?
