One to One Sessions

Group classes are a fun activity and can also be useful to dip a toe into the Alexander Technique to see if you'd like to move on to one to one classes.

If you can't come to the group classes. I also offer free 15 minute zoom consulations to see if one to one Alexander Technique lessons would work for you. 

I'm Tanya Shoop - I have over 20 years' experience of teaching the Alexander Technique and am based in N22. Most people come to me to help with their pain - typically back, neck or shoulder pain - or to improve their posture. I have a lot of experience in helping people with chronic pain, finding a way to move forward with hope and positivity as well as practical techniques.
