I was wondering if anybody knows what is happening at Wood Green Common? I went past today on the bus and there's a big area fenced off, dug out with shipping containers (or similar) in it.

It is the site office for the bridge project nearby - replacing the bridge over the New River. They have put the cabins on gravel but they can replace the soil and re-seed grass. I presume they will need to store new bridge parts and some equipment there during the project. They need to raise the roadway.
I think it is at that position becuase there is an access gate in the railings.
