Alexandra Chorus previously known as The Alexandra Park Library Community Choir was established in September 2009 at the library, created by Sandra Menzies, conducted by Verónica Chacón and accompanied and coached by Jérôme Royet.

From the 1st of May, we had to change premises and have moved to Alexandra Park School (APS), music room P3.

We are a welcoming group of about 30 choir members and if you are interested in joining please come along for a couple of ‘taster’ sessions to see how you like us. There is no audition, but sens of pitch, rhythm and commitment to the choir is essential. There is some help put on our website for you to learn and practice the pieces we are performing.

take place  every Wednesday
at Alexandra Park School, 7-9pm(ish), music room MP3
- entrance from Rhodes Avenue only.
We rehearse throughout the year with breaks for the main school holidays. We have 2 main concerts per year at a local venue, St Andrew’s Church. From next season, participation to diverse festivals and animations.
For more information, do not hesitate to visit our website or to contact Verónica.
