Bowes Park Community Association and the North London Samaritans invite you to 'A Night at The Opera' performed by Classical Encounters, with professional opera singers, Sally-Ann Shepherdson (soprano) and Trevor Alexander (baritone).

Audience participation and sing-alongs at Bounds Green Bowls and Tennis Club, Goring Road (N11). Bring a picnic and enjoy your very own Glyndebourne-style opera event. The concert will be indoors with tables and chairs provided. Ample parking space available.

Funds raised will go directly to the North London Samaritans, for the renovation of Shaftesbury Hall (the Tin Tabernacle) on Herbert Road, London N11.

  • Annabel, thanks for your enquiry. The music the performers will be singing is a medley of well-known arias, etc, so it's very much a 'mixture'. I hope you and friends are interested - do book if so! regards Joanna

  • click on black 'publish' button. To later edit it, click on its header, then on little pencil at top right.

A moderator will later add your event to a calendar, with a link to your post.
