btw we have still not received the Council's flyer about changes in green waste collection - have other people also not been informed, or are we a one-off?

Thanks very much for this, Annabel. There's no way I can fit another bin in so the bag is a good alternative. Re the absence of a leaflet, I think you might be a one-off. Hope so anyway.
