Builder/decorator to repair minor subsidence damage - recommendations appreciated

I am looking for a builder/decorator to repair cracks etc resulting from subsidence in the front bay window area of my house. My insurance company thinks it may be cheaper for me to manage the repairs myself, rather than pay my (huge) excess charge and get them to do the works. I would really appreciated recommendations for decorators/builders who can do some remedial works and redecorate the front of my house (plus some internal redecoration). I think a standard painter and decorator might not be right in this instance, but if you've used anyone who has handled some more tricky jobs well, then I'd love to hear from you.

Susie, I usually call on Viktor Tizak 07596 494 059. Haven't used him this year but in the past he has been exellent.
