Christmas Trees Recycling

Wondering what to do with your Christmas Tree? Haringey council provide various options for people in this area:

Chop it into max. 1-metre length pieces and leave them out for the usual recycling collection
Take it to Albert Road Recreation Ground Staff Yard - that's by the Bidwell Gardens entrance at the end of the park nearest the Garden Centre
Take it to the Recycling Centre at Western Road N22

Very helpful, thank you. Do you know when we can take trees to the Albert Road Rec staff yard? I remember last year they asked us to wait quite late in January.

  There's a pile of them there already! The council site says that they must be left there within a month of Christmas day.

  Aha! Well I'm holding onto my tree til the bitter end. It still looks and smells wonderful.......
