Just to let locals know that I've cleaned off the graffiti on the side of 'Dave's Shop', and had a go at the graffiti on the shutters and on the wood on the yard. I met the landlord the other day and he's evidently vaguely keen to be helpful/engage. Will continue cleaning, and might paint something on the wood boarding over the yard. Was in touch with the site manager Victor who bravely put his number on a sign, asking about the highway obstruction. Apparently they made a mess but now it's council's job so they're waiting... Hmm!

On which note, do people know what's going on with any local residents' associations? PGRA is apparently dormant - I'm happy to help revive if people are interested? Various ideas to pull nice things together... Do let me know.

Best,

Michael

  • Thanks for doing this.

  • Mike this is brilliant - thank you so much for cleaning away the graffiti on Dave's much missed shop, Crescent Hardware.
