computer cry from the heart

Since we updated our Windows last week my Mozilla Thunderbird email sysytem has demanded a password of which I know nothing. There is no way into my email and I have tried everything I can think of. Does anyone know anyone who can help?

Can you go to the online web login for that mail and use forgot password?.

I use chap called Mike Cook who has office in Bounds Green industrial estate. He can fix anything and is up front and not expensive.I wouldn't go to anyone else.
