Nearest towns are Lamastre and St Agreve. River swimming at Labatie (see video) which also has an excellent restaurant and shop. The house has 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large games room/work space and features a wood burning stove in the living room (40 m2) that vents heat into the bedrooms. Half hectare of land. The house looks lovely. What's the nearest airport and is it reasonably easy to get to via train?

  The nearest airport is Lyon, around 2.5 hrs drive.
  
  Train service direct from St.Pancras to Lyon Part-Dieu takes 4 hrs 40mins.
