NHS Digital has announced that “data may be shared from the GP medical records about… any living patient registered at a GP practice in England when the collection started”.

  • Deadline is now a week before 1st September, when a hard copy of the form has to be handed in to your GP Surgery..

  • The Alexandra surery has a pile of forms already printed and ready to be filled in.  They are in the reception.

    Yes, very worrying. With the US incursion into London GP practices etc, it's a depressing picture.

    I've got the template for the opt-out letter but don't know ghow to post it here so will send it to you for posting.
