Know anyone who can help moving a double mattress from Crouch End to Ally Pally?

Hi, can anyone recommend an efficient 'Man with a Van', or even better two men with a van, who'd be happy shifting a double mattress from a 2nd floor flat in Crouch End to a first floor flat in Ally Pally? Ideally a two-man team who don't mind heaving heavy things up flights of stairs!

  I can really recommend Danny Gallagher (07956 448788). Not only was he helpful, well-priced, mindful of the paintwork/carpets etc, but he managed to come up with a crafty solution to stuffing a really heavy mattress up a narrow spiral staircase. It was no mean feat, and one that other, less conscientious people, might have given up on. If you need a Man With a Van who goes the extra mile, do call Danny Gallagher!
