The vote in Haringey is being counted in Alexandra Palace and quite a few ward results are in. But no news yet about Alexandra Ward.

Results are in! In Haringey overall, Lib Dems have gained 6 seats, Lab lost 6 seats, no other parties involved (totals 15 to 42 respectively). Overall turnout 39per cent. Details here.
Alexandra Ward: All the Lib Dem candidates have been elected. So a sea change here - the existing councillors were 2 Labour and 1 Lib Dem. Turnout was 55% - high for a local election.
So glad Alexandra Ward turnout was good at 55%. I haven't checked but wonder if that is a bit higher than 2014. Four years ago we also voted for our MEP - gutting to know that was the last time.
Alexandra ward contrasts with Bounds Green, where all 3 Labour candidates sailed in, with no-one else coming near. Turnout only 39%.
Curious that every ward is either all Lab, or all Lib Dem.
