Local school supports GP practices with PPE

At this time of drastic shortages of PPE for NHS workers, Alexandra Park School has supplied a group of GP practices in Tottenham with 100 face masks. Teachers in the Design and Technology Department made the face masks using a 3D printer and also supplied film for the visors. It's brilliant that the school has been able to help the wider community, but distressing that so many front-line staff are still without the equipment they need to stay safe.

  • And I've just heard that Tanya (of Tash and Tanya on Alexandra Park Road) is busy sewing scrubs for NHS workers.
