I only recently found out that Muswell Hill has a foodbank, based in Pembroke Road. It needs donations of food and volunteers to help run it. For more information, please see their website:

Hi. I am one of the volunteers at the Muswell Hill Foodbank. The main problem is the lack of uptake. We are trying to publicise it and increase the number of voucher holders in the area but unfortunately there are usually only a handful of people coming in for help each week. If anybody knows a worthy outlet which can give out vouchers please email the details through above. So far doctors surgeries, welfare centres, local schools etc are voucher holders.
