As many of you may already know that the developers have re-submitted their planning application for Crescent Mews
They have submitted 2 separate applications:
HGY/2017/2999 - Block C - 7 flats
HGY/2017/2998 - Block B - 5 flats
The consultation ends 14th November.
Some people have already posted their objections to both applications, so I would urge as many of you to do the same. Many of the key objections will be the same as last time, particularly extra pressure on traffic in what is already a congested area as well as more pressure on basic infrastucture & amenities.
I will see if it's possible to do a 'Call In' as it's 2 separate applications which combined amount to 12 new residential units.
Here is the link to the application on the planning portal:

Email from one of the applicants for this development, Pini Herskovic (I have copied it to the PGRA and our local councillors):
I am one of the owners (my partners CC’d in to this email) of 1-6 Crescent Mews and submitted the applications for residential development.
Thanks for your help with this, Liz.
Many thanks for this, Liz - I was unaware of the new planning application until last week's Palace Gates Res Assn AGM.
I have just had some clarification from the Officer (Samuel Uff) who is dealing with the application.
The original application which was refused was for Building A (HGY/2017/1961).
The current submissions (HGY2017/2998 & 2999) are new applications for the 2 other buildings within the site. These will be assessed with regard to Class P of the General permitted Development Order.
I will still see if it's possible to call in these 2 new submissions in.
I have been in touch with the Chair of Planning so will be submitting a 'Call In' request for this application.
Many thanks Liz - that seems the right thing to do in the circumstances. I will take some time to look at the application documents over the next couple of days.
Happy to include any of your comments on my Call In request!
