I walked past the newly refurbished Park Inn pub on Palace Gates Road last week and chatted to the bar staff there. Good atmosphere, lovely space and a real addition to the neighbourhood.

Went for a quick drink on Saturday evening and had a chat with one of the new owners of the pub. He said that fairly soon they will start introducing cocktails and generally broadening their offer (including food too). There is a small garden at the back and the whole place is confortable and welcoming. Nice range of beers too.
