Proposal to instal a 12.5 metre phone mast and electrical cabinets at the Albert Road, Durnsford Road N11 bus stop

Hi there

Do you have time to object to the installation of a 12.5 metre phone mast at the Albert Road, Durnsford Road N11 bus stop? It's the bus stop opposite the Sunshine garden centre. Objections need to be in by 6 Dec at the latest.

This planning application has been REFUSED. Among the reasons given by the council are the following:
- The proposed development, by reason of the height, appearance and siting of the monopole and equipment cabinets next to and against the backdrop of Metropolitan Open Land would be clearly
  conspicuous, obtrusive and harmful to the visual amenity of the area.
- In addition, the proposal would serve to impede pedestrian movement along this stretch of footpath on Durnsford Road to the detriment of pedestrian safety.
