Join Kay on Zoom to learn how to crochet floral granny squares from the comfort of your own home.

A floral granny square uses colour and 3 dimensional techniques to create exotic crochet blooms.

To take this workshop online you will need basic crochet skills and some of the less frequently used stitches will then be introduced – which include half treble and double treble.

For the class you will need a 4 or 4.5 mm crochet hook.

Materials list: We suggest a minimum of three different colour DK yarn. 10g each and a variety of different colours. For example yellow for the centre, green for the leaves and choose a colours(s) you love for the petals. Toning shades, pinks and purples for example. You will learn how to create this 3-d effect with crochet.

How it works: You will receive a link by email from us to login to Kay's zoom workshop a few days before the workshop. We will also send you via email PDF instructions for making floral granny squares.
