Relaxed atmosphere for a spot of Christmas shopping at our Christmas, Craft, Art and Gift Market - Saturday 16th December 2023.

Open 12 midday - 4pm. Free admission. Accessible. On the W5 or W3 bus route (get off at the corner of Ferme Park and Weston Park Roads Crouch End N8 9PX.

Every stall is different giving you a massive choice in buying gifts, little treats and stocking fillers.

Hand crafted wooden items, Art on canvass, bookmarks, coasters, gemstone, pearls and check crystal jewellery, translated poetry books (dual language), aromatherapy candles, crochet work ranging from earrings to hats, chunky scarves and tank tops, children's books, Typographical Art, recycled resin Jewellery pieces, hair accessories, African print bags and purses, printed T Shirts and tote bags, Body Butter, greetings and Christmas cards, quality applique children's wear and dressing up outfits. Pop up cafe selling savouries, cakes and tea to eat in or takeaway. Plus more...

Sunday 3 December – Climate Fresk workshops: for adults and children to learn more about climate change in a friendly group setting at Wolves Lane Horticultural Centre, Wood Green N22 5JD. Adults (ages 15+) 10.30-1.30pm, Kids’ Fresk (ages 9-14), 11.30-1.30pm.

Sunday 3 December – Handmade in Highgate: designer maker fair at Highgate Literary & Scientific Institution, 11 South Grove N6, 11-5pm. Last day of a 3-day fair.

Thursday 7 December – Christmas Makes: origami christmas decorations workshop at 2 Hazelwood Lane, Palmers Green N13, 6.30-9pm.

Saturday 9 December – mini-myddleton Christmas Market at Blue House Yard, Station Road N22, 12-5pm.

Saturdays 9 and 16 December – Beginners Crochet at 2 Hazelwood Lane, Palmers Green N13, 1-3pm. 2-part workshop.

Saturday 9 December – Fortismere Community Choir Christmas Concert at St Andrew's Church, Alexandra Park Road N10 (corner of Windermere), 7pm.

Sunday 10 December – Wolves Lane Christmas Market at Wolves Lane Centre N22, 10-4pm.

Sunday 10 December – All-age Nativity at Muswell Hill Methodist Church, 10.30-11.30am.

Sunday 10 and 17 December – Arts and Craft Market near Lidl in Wood Green (Lymington Avenue), 12–5pm.

Thursday 14 December – Open mic-singers’ night at Bowes Park Folk Club at Mum’s Bistro, 143 Myddleton Road N11, 7.45pm.

Thursday 14 December - Bowes Park Community Choir: Winter Concert at Alexandra Park School (entry via Rhodes Avenue) , 8-10pm.

Saturday 16 December – Christmas Craft, Art and Gift market at Union Church Community Centre, corner of Ferme Park and Weston Park roads, 12 noon-4pm.

Sunday 17 December – Arts and Craft Market near Lidl in Wood Green (Lymington Avenue), 12–5pm.

Ongoing courses and activities

Saturdays 4, 11, 18 and 25 November – Free Martial Arts for Men at Alexandra Park School, 1pm.

Bowes Park Community Choir - Thursday evenings during term time at Bounds Green School, 7.15-9.15pm.

Life drawing sessions – alternate Saturday mornings at Rhodes Avenue Primary School, 10-12pm.

Zumba and fitness classes – Zumba is on Wednesday evenings, 7-7.50pm. All classes are at Bounds Green Bowls and Tennis Club, Goring road N11.

Salsa Wednesdays – Wednesday evenings at Bounds Green School, Bounds Green Road N11 2QG, 7-8pm.

V&J Ensemble: Vocal group for ALL Singers on Wednesdays at St. Andrew's Church, Alexandra Park Road N10 (corner of Windermere Road), 6.50-8.30pm.

Enjoy your painting – Thursdays at CUFOS Community Centre (the old railway station), Top of The Avenue N10, 10-12.30pm or 1.30-4pm.

All Good Bookshop has many regular events - book groups of course, also music, writing, yoga - and special events .... at 35 Turunpike Lane.

Many Music and Art events are held at Karamel, including Collage Kids performance events on Saturday mornings at 11.30am. At 4 Coburg Road, Wood Green N22 6UJ.
